Use License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Parallax for your internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Modify or copy the platform materials
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Parallax. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.
Content Standards
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parallax Technology Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subscription and Payment
Certain features of our service may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallax Labs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Governing Law
